Herbs Sponge Biscuit (in microwave)
Ingredients
- 95 full egg
- 40 Dill
- 20 g egg yolk
- 10 g sugar
- 20 g nut butter (brown butter)
- 8 g butter (liquid)
- Pinch of salt
- 15 g flour
Preparation
All ingredients in a bowl and with hand blender finely puree.
Strain the mixture, fill into a 0.5 L iSi cream dispenser, load with an iSi cream capsule and shake well.
Fill paper cups halfway with the batter.
Bake in the microwave at 800 watts for 40-50 seconds.
Allow the cup to cool with the opening facing down. Because in this way it retains its shape and structure.
To serve, cut the cookies into small pieces.
