Pistachio tiramisu
Tiramisu is the Italian dessert, you can not set limits, you can use different flavors, according to taste

Ingredients
- 150 ml cream
- 250 g mascarpone
- 60 g pistachio cream
- 1 limes
- 150 g ladyfingers (15 pieces)
- 2 egg yolk
- 50 g sugar
- 220 ml milk
- Lotus sponge cake as decoration

Instruction
Cream egg yolks and sugar until sugar dissolves.
Whip the cream until stiff, gradually add the mascarpone, lime zest and pistachio paste, stirring until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Whisk the mascarpone cream into the beaten egg.
Briefly soak the ladyfingers in the milk and place in a mold or glasses.
Pour half of the cream on the ladyfinger and smooth it down
Then soak 2 ladyfinger halves again and place on top. Cover with the cream and sprinkle with chopped pistachios or lotus sponge cake.
Chill the pistachio tiramisu in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
