Malawi and meloui are traditional Moroccan pan-fried breads that are served with many dishes and dips - ideal with tajine, harira or simply with honey and butter.

Malawi is a soft, golden-brown flatbread that is perfect for dipping.
Meloui is made from fine durum wheat semolina and wheat flour and folded in layers - similar to a quick puff pastry. This creates a wonderfully tender, buttery texture with crispy edges.
