Preparation

  1. All ingredients in a bowl and with hand blender finely puree.
  2. Strain the mixture, fill into a 0.5 L iSi cream dispenser, load with an iSi cream capsule and shake well.
  3. Fill paper cups halfway with the batter.
  4. Bake in the microwave at 800 watts for 40-50 seconds.
  5. Allow the cup to cool with the opening facing down. Because in this way it retains its shape and structure.
  6. To serve, cut the cookies into small pieces.
